Happy Memorial Day

It has been a quiet day here. Hubby and I both had the day off, but we both ended up doing work around the house.
I did take some time to get into the sewing room and work on Christine's Kitchen.
I cut out 92 colored 2" x 2" squares and 92 white 2" x 2" squares and turned them into this pile.

And I am working on the flowers slowly. I had decided to do the applique by machine, but ended up unpicking, so a lot of it will be done by hand.

And I did get my snowmen done for the Have a Jolly Little Christmas sew along.

The next block is out of course, and I have to do the next part for Bleeker Street and more cats and a birthday present.
And on and on and on...

Your patches look great and your flowers will turn out wonderful! I had to take half of one of mine apart because the flowers were just too close together.
